We ship orders Monday through Thursday every week

1. Report Within 48 Hours: All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or shipment arrival. We cannot process returns if the issue is reported after this timeframe.

2. Return Within 7 Days: Once a return request is approved, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days.

3. Matching Order Report: Returns must match the order report. Please include the order number and a description of the issue when you contact us.
